Classy Lashes Ltd uses Royal Mail 24 / 48 Tracked service. This is to ensure your parcels arrive efficiently to avoid any delays to you and your business. Simply select the best option for you at the checkout, free shipping is offered on orders over £100. UK shipping only.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns Eligibility
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the items meet the conditions outlined below.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ClassyLashesUK@outlook.com, including your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
